Information for presenters

Posters

We don't have any special requirements for the format of posters.

Each poster submission will have one side of a panel. The panel size is 1200mm wide × 2300mm high. The panel orientation is portrait. Your poster display should be fine as long as you arrange your posters to fit in this area.

Please bring your own materials to stick your posters onto your panel.

The poster panels will be ready for you on 7 December 2003. They are located on Level 1 of the Union Complex (Map reference E5).

Please note

Each poster must be supported by a one-page summary, which will appear in the conference proceedings. To be considered, the summary must have been submitted by the submission deadline for papers (July 30 2003).

Information for paper authors

The ASCILITE 2003 conference organisers will endeavour to assist presenters with technology requirements for their presentation. This applies to both papers and workshops.

In order to achieve this, the organisers need to know what each presenters requirements are. Please:

• Download the presenter requirements spreadsheet.
• Complete it to indicate the technical support required.
• Return the completed spreadsheet to ascilite2003@adelaide.edu.au by Friday 21 November, 2003.
