Information for poster authors
We don't have any special requirement for the format of posters.
Each poster submission will have one side of a panel. The panel size is 1200mm wide × 2300mm high. The panel orientation is portrait. Your poster display should be fine as long as you arrange your posters to fit in this area.
Please bring your own materials to stick your posters onto your panel.
The poster panels will be ready for you on 7 December 2002. They are located in The Hub in building 180.
Each poster must be supported by a one-page summary, which will appear in the conference proceedings. To be considered, the summary must have been submitted by the submission deadline for papers (July 30 2002, now closed).
Information for paper authors
The ASCILITE 2002 conference organisers will endeavour to assist presenters with technology requirements for their presentation. This applies to both papers and workshops.
In order to achieve this, the organisers need to know what each presenters requirements are. Please:
Any questions regarding technical requirements can be addressed to Jonathan Cooze (firstname.lastname@example.org).
