Here's an interactive demo of some of my favourite Palm applications. This uses QuickTime and is a 19MB movie.

Click on the 'Palm' icon to begin the demo, then click on various application icons to navigate through some of their menus. The 'home' or 'Down Arrow' buttons take you back to the main application menu.
