Authors instructions

Before proceeding to 1. to 3. below, please do a final check on your 'readiness'. You will need to enter all the usual details - title of proposal; email address of contact author; first name, second name and institutional affiliation for each author; abstract; category - before getting to the button for 'Choose file' to upload. If necessary, please revisit Call for papers as part of your final, pre-upload check. We remind you that MS Word '.doc' is the only file format accepted ('.docx' files are not acceptable).

Please follow these instructions in order to submit a paper.

1. Use the initial submission interface to provide the main information on your proposal. The required information includes your abstract (not exceeding 250 words, copy and paste from your proposal) and nomination of category. After information entry, click upon the 'Choose file' button, then when ready and after you have double checked, 'Submit'.

2. Upon submission, you will be emailed an acknowledgment which includes a Paper id and Password. Retain for possible later use in 3. below.

3. After initial submission, you can access the proposal resubmission interface, using the information given in 2. above, if you need to submit corrected information (authors, etc) or a corrected version (the resubmission interface is not allowable after the closing date).
