Highly commended

For first year cultural studies students:

  • 'Just Looking' provides on-line resources on critical concepts in cultural studies and help with the critique of commodity culture
  • 'Quiz Zone' is a self-testing gateway enabling students to amass sufficient "knowledge energy" to undertake the module's final challenge
  • 'Retail Therapy' completes the study and prepares students for the essay component of the course. Uses real-life retail scenarios and character-based identification to explore the relevant issues and concepts.
